At Impressions Vanity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vanity setup; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Vanity

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all mirrors, hardware, and protective foam to ensure the product arrives safely without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any restocking fees.
